Request deletion of your data.
You can ask us to delete personal data associated with Mycheta, including data received through a connected Instagram account.
How to make a request
Email support@clixales.com with the subject “Mycheta data deletion request”. Include the email address you used for Mycheta and, where relevant, the Instagram username or account you are asking about. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment details.
What happens next
We will confirm that we received your request, verify that you are authorised to make it, and explain the data that can be deleted. We may retain limited information where this is required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal obligations.
For Mycheta account owners
You can disconnect an Instagram account from Mycheta at any time in the Instagram settings. Disconnecting stops future access; a deletion request is needed if you also want eligible stored data removed.
