Starter is for a business operating one WhatsApp sales number through Mycheta’s linked-device flow. It is not presented as the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Billing and payment boundaries
You can choose manual renewal or auto-renewal in Billing. Customer payment links are created through your own connected Paystack account: funds settle to your business, not Mycheta. Your business remains responsible for fulfilment, refunds, taxes, and disputes. See the Terms for the service terms.
Before you start
Use only numbers and leads you are authorised to contact. A tool cannot guarantee a WhatsApp number will never be restricted, so keep sending consent-led and follow the acceptable-use rules.
