Security, explained plainly.
Mycheta helps businesses manage customer conversations and connected services. We build for sensible safeguards, while being clear that no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Access to workspaces
Mycheta workspaces require an authenticated account. Businesses are responsible for choosing who can access their workspace and for removing access when a team member no longer needs it.
Connected credentials
Sensitive integration credentials, such as a business’s Paystack secret key, are encrypted before they are stored. Payment links are created through the business’s connected Paystack account; Mycheta does not hold customer funds or store payment card details.
WhatsApp connection
Starter connections use WhatsApp’s linked-device flow. A business can disconnect its number from Mycheta. Connection controls reduce operational risk, but they do not change WhatsApp’s own policies or guarantee that a number will never be restricted.

If you believe you have found a security issue, send a concise report to support@clixales.com. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue and do not access, alter, or disclose another person’s data.
